Since 1989, our journey has been rooted in one simple mission: to share the rich, authentic flavors of Gaziantep with the world. Today, from our bakery in New Jersey, we handcraft every piece of baklava with the same care, tradition, and passion that made it a legendary dessert in Turkey.
At Okka Baklava, we don’t just bake—we honor heritage. Our pastries are made with paper-thin hand-rolled phyllo dough, premium Turkish pistachios, and clarified butter. Each tray is soaked in just the right amount of light syrup to create the perfect balance of sweetness and texture.
